It's time for a new challenge at Addicted to CAS and it's a good one!
I've been making love cards for a while never. They never get old! I used this fabulous sketch at Hand Stamped Sentiments:
I really love that speech bubble, but decided to try a different technique for this one. It's been a while since I've used embossing powder. I have a ton of it...I'm just too lazy to use it sometimes! Oops! I had a lot of fun with this card and it was SUPER easy.
Stamp Sets: Everything Eleanor, Seasonal Sayings
Cardstock: Real Red, Whisper White, Red Glimmer
Ink: Versamark
Tools: Label Card Thinlit, Hearts Collection Framelits, Heat Tool
Accessories: Gold Embossing Powder, Dimensionals
What a cool technique with the sentiment and it looks great, one to remember although I am not so good at the messy side of things, better get less precious if I want to create such funky designs!!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card Shanna and the extra embossing he he is fantastic. Such a striking and dynamic CAS card.

Fabulous technique Shana. LOVE the sentiment pressed into the hot embossing powder - amazing results! The "mistake" is awesome too! Loll xx
ReplyDeleteWow Shana, that sentiment pressed into the UTEE looks amazing. Love it and those gorgeous hearts.

LOVING those extra specks. The layers of embossing make this amazing. I am seriously hopeless when it comes to heat embossing. I ALWAYS forget to use my buddy and end up ditching what I have done and start again. Your's looks amazing, though!! xx
ReplyDeleteVery Cute!!! Love the technique- so rich looking!!! The red glimmer paper made the perfect accents!!! Thanks for playing along with HSS, Diane
ReplyDeleteI love that effect you created on the gold focal frame. Love the richness of ur card :)
