It's time for another round of The Stamp Review Crew and I am SO excited because this is the first blog hop I have been able to participate in in THREE months! Yikes! There are two reasons for this. One, I have not had any of the stamp sets because I have not been able to place any orders. Two, we are moving from Indiana to Tennessee in July and have been VERY busy with everything that goes into that. This is the first time I have ever moved in my life. I have lived in the same house for my entire life, so there is lots to pitch, give away, sell, and pack. My stamping time has been neglected so bad! I'm beyond excited about our new adventure but I am ready to get back to stamping on a regular basis.
At the very end of SAB I was finally able to place a small order so I could get this fabulous set, Balloon Celebration. Since it has been so long since I've stamped, I felt like my creativity had been drained so I needed a few challenges to help inspire me. Just Add Ink and CAS(E) this Sketch provided me just the inspiration I was looking for!
Here is what I came up with!
This card is for my father-in-law and I thought these were great masculine colors! I decided to use the circle/wheel and stars on my background to make a fun design. I love making my own DSP with stamps! This set has a coordinating punch, which made the balloons really fast and easy to make.
This little bit of stamping really made me excited to get moved into our new house and start stamping again! I hope you enjoyed my card. Thanks for stopping by. Click on the links below to continue on in the hop!
