With You...

...Is my favorite place to be.  When I hear that phrase, I immediately think of one thing; family!  In particular, my sweetheart of a husband, Brett.  He is the most important person in my life and would do anything for me.  I don't always treat him the greatest and he deserves so much better than me!  He doesn't think so though, and loves me unconditionally!  Why all this lovey dovey talk, you ask?  Because of the theme word over at CASology, of course!

Brett is the first thing that I think of when I hear the word family.  We met briefly when we were in middle school and were reconnected the summer before his Sophomore year and my Junior year of high school.  Yes, I am older than him, but only by 5 months!  We dated for 6 years before we got married and have been married for 10 years.  He has been a part of my family for 16 years, almost half of my life!  We have had our ups and downs, but lately we have been having the time of our lives.  Things get a lot easier on a relationship as the kids get older!  My favorite place to be is definitely with Brett, so I wanted to make him this card to show him what an important part of my family he is.

I started by stamping the little birdbath image on Watercolor Paper in Black StazOn ink.  I used my blender pens and ink from the lids of my ink pads to color it in. The Labels Collection Framelits made perfect mats for the image.  I actually used the second largest label right on the front panel of the card and adhered the white label to the inside of the card.  I love the little 3-D frame that this created! I think I will try to find a frame for this so Brett can put it in his office at work. :)  Love you, Baby!
