Ten-Minute Tuesday

This post is a few hours early, but I know it is Tuesday somewhere in the world, so this should work. :)  I was waiting for a new box of goodies to come today, so I made this card while I was waiting.  I am having so much fun with Snowflake Soiree and Ornament Keepsakes.  The sketch I used is from Try Stampin' On Tuesday.
Cute, huh?  I have been playing around with the triple-stamped cards, so I thought, why can't I do a double-stamped card?  Oh, wait!  I can!
I thought this would make a cute card for Baby's First Christmas.  I love the pastels for a non-traditional look.  I added Dazzling Details to the centers of the Celery snowflakes, as well as on top of the ornament and the banner to look like icicle drops.  Even though this card has several layers, it comes together very quickly and can definitely be finished in ten minutes or less!

Stamp Sets: Ornament Keepsakes, Snowflake Soiree
Cardstock: Bashful Blue, Certainly Celery, Pretty in Pink, Whisper White
Ink: Bashful Blue, Certainly Celery, Pretty in Pink
Tools: Holiday Ornaments Framelits
Accessories: Dazzling Details, Dimensionals

  4. Sweet pastel Christmas card. Love the dazzling diamond accents. And ... like how you made a double layered card! The triple cards are beautiful, but because there is so much going on, I found them very hard to embellish. The double card gives you the same look, but leaves some "visual" room for your lovely ornament and sentiment.
