Stamping Soreness

Does anyone else get a sore neck from bending over stamping and assembling cards?  Man, my neck is KILLING me tonight just from working on this one card. I stand most of the time too, so that may be part of my problem. My desk is counter top height though, so I would think it wouldn't be that bad.  It is hurting sitting here typing this so I am going to make this short and to the point and hit the heating pad! :)

I made this card for the challenges at retro sketches and colourQ.
I just love these colors together. They seem so delicate and feminine to me.  I instantly knew I wanted to do some butterflies, which just reminded me that I can also add this to the butterfly challenge at SUO Challenges!  Phew!  Glad I remembered that one. :)

I cut a window in my card so it was difficult for me to get a picture of it without putting it in this cute little card holder!  Hopefully it doesn't distract too much from the card!  I had a lot of fun punching and die cutting the butterflies and assembling. Of course, you will notice the bling in the centers. What did I ever do before we sold rhinestones?!  Don't you just love this sentiment?  It's the from the sneak peek set Really Good Greetings, and one of my favorites.  I love coloring on it with different colors to add some interest to it!  I did a little bit more stamping on the inside too.
There's another little sneak peek down there at the bottom from Mosaic Madness. It's a little border strip and really adds a lot with just a little bit of coloring.  I have been getting better at decorating the inside of my cards. It's easier to remember to do when you cut a window out of the front!  I guess I am going to have to start doing that more often so I remember. lol
