For my first card post, I decided to make a card from a challenge blog that my downline, Aimee Cretsinger told me about,
createwithconnieandmary.com. I like this nice, simple sketch and thought the doily would be a perfect little frame for the little birdies in my new favorite set, For the Birds. I stamped the image on the white label and colored it in using the blender pens and ink from the lids of my ink pads. To make the frame I die-cut the doily from the Perfect Pennant Bigz Die and then punched the circle in it with the circle punch. A tip for getting the circle centered is to mark the center of the doily with a pencil on the back and then center that in your upside-down circle punch. It looks a lot better in person. I will have to work on my picture-taking skills! :)
