Hmmm...a stumper!

When I looked to see what our challenge at ATCAS was this week, I was truly stumped!
I have no stamps that remotely look oriental to me, so I had to go out of my comfort zone and do something that I have never done before...freehand an image!  I googled the word and found quite a few of these beautiful flowers that were easy enough for me to duplicate. lol
This was also a great chance for me to practice some more with my Blendabilities. It's hard to tell but there is even a little shading going on at the top of each branch.  The cute little flower punch complete with some pearls finished this card off really quickly!

Thanks for stopping by. Make sure to check out the ATCAS blog to see the rest of the design team's beautiful creations!

  1. You go girl! This is what a challenge is all about - getting us out of our comfort zone and trying new things. Look what you created!!!! Awesome job, Shana.

  2. Well done Shana you did this superbly. I tried this and my husband laughed at my effort, so in the bin it went...I was not as brave or as artistic as you and stayed in my comfort zone x

  3. Love this :) the red BG pops the focal image !!

  4. Beautiful cherry blossom branch Shana ... and perfect for this challenge. Great job ... we'd never know by looking that it was out of your comfort zone. Loll xx

  5. Well done Shana you did an amazing job considering you didn't have anything to work with. This really is a beauty.

  6. Know what you mean about being stumped, but it does encourage us to think outside the box. Well done great take. :)

  7. Beautiful Shana - love how you've offset the layer with your blossoms and branch.

  8. I can hardly believe that your were stumped with this code word Shana - your card is gorgeous, and it really does have an Oriental look. A great job well done!
    Hugs, Sylvia xx

  9. Shana, your card is gorgeous. I really love the branch with the flowers. Love it
