I have heard a lot of different meanings for CASE, but to me it means Copy And Share Everything. For my card, I copied the basic sketch. I also used the First Edition Specialty rosette because I have been addicted to making those lately! They are so easy now that we have the Silicone Craft Sheet in the Holiday Catalog to assemble them on.
For the background, I stamped the Distressed Dots Background Stamp then took the ink pad and rubbed it around the edges of the card base. Make sure you are careful when you do this so you don't tear the ink pad foam with the edge of the card. Delightful Decorations is one of my favorite Christmas stamp sets because it has an ornament punch that coordinates with it. I wanted a little bit of color to separate the ornament from the rosette so I punched out a scallop circle of Pool Party to peak out from behind it. The Northern Flurry Embossing Folder and Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch were the perfect final touches on my card. See how easy it is to make your own card by CASEing? Yes, I used elements from another card, but I still feel like it is MY card because of all of the changes I made!
