Baby Fever

Nope, not me!  I am done having babies!  I am happy watching the twins and handing them back at the end of the day. :)  The baby fever I am talking about is over at Friday Mashup.  The challenge this week is to create a baby card, a card with pleats, or a baby card with pleats!  I love me a challenge, so I decided to mash it up and do both.  Hand Stamped Sentiments offered up the perfect color combination to go with my baby card.

Aren't these colors fab for a baby boy card?  Now if only I knew someone who was pregnant with a baby boy!  Or pregnant at all, for that matter!

Since I am past the baby-making time of my life, as are most of my friends, I don't have any baby stamps!  Button Buddies has this little rattle in it though, so I thought it would be perfect.  And what baby doesn't love an adorable piggy?!  I made my piggy's binky with circle punches. I thought that was a cute added touch. :)  I have seen a lot of people doing the quilted look with the diagonal plate for the Simply Scored and adding pearls at the intersections.  I wanted my card to be a little bit more reproducible,  so I used Dazzling Details instead.  I love the little bit of glimmer it gives the card.  I guess this one will have to sit in my stash until one of my girlfriends gets preggers!
