I thought the watermelon from Mouthwatering would look perfect with the sketch, and it did! I stamped my watermelon and then masked it and stamped it four more times. The problem was, it did not ink up very well around the edges of the mask. I was able to fix it a little bit with my blender pen and ink out of the lid of my ink pads, but it still isn't perfect. Those of you who know me know that I am a perfectionist and that this bothers me! I still like the idea though, and will have to practice this technique some more to get it perfect. :)
I love the white space on this card, but wanted to add a little somethin', somethin' at the bottom. Doesn't the scalloped embossing folder look like little slices of watermelon? Sometimes the little touches like that are my favorite part of a card! One other thing that I did that is kind of hard to see in the picture is that I cut out around the bottom of the watermelons and put Dimensionals behind the stamped watermelons for a little more emphasis on them.
Stamp Sets: Friendly Phrases, Mouthwatering
Cardstock: Gumball Green, Primrose Petals, Whisper White
Ink: Gumball Green, Primrose Petals

I think the embossing is the perfect addition without taking away from the clean style of this! Your watermelons look wonderful too!
