I thought this was a cute little sketch and the banner was a perfect spot for my little ice-skating birdie.
I used Silver Glimmer cardstock for the scallops and Silver Dazzling Details on parts of the birdie as well as the larger snowflakes. On the snowflakes I just put a few drops of the DD and then spread it around with my finger. Stamp Sets: For the Birds, Snowflake Soiree
Cardstock: Baja Breeze, Whisper White, Wisteria Wonder
Ink: Black StazOn, Baja Breeze, Wisteria Wonder
Tools: Scallop Trim Border Punch, Blender Pen
Accessories: Silver Glimmer cardstock, Silver Dazzling Details
